The coach acts as a ‘mirror’ to support you in reacting to and mastering difficult management and work situations as well as offering new and valuable perspectives.
You’ll become your best self and fulfil your full potential within the framework of your individuality to maximise success and joy.
(Usually a minimum of six sessions of 2 to 4 hours, every 2 to 6 weeks).
Reasons for individual coaching sessions
- In preparation to changing professional expectations (f.ex. after a corporate change process such as a merger, restructuring, promotion, transfer, internal audit or assessment centre) or when facing challenging situations, conflicts, power struggles, or negotiations
- Tangible improvement of performance and behaviour, f.ex. regarding conflict management, leadership, negotiations, internal politics, an so on
- Assessment of a current situation and career-planning and/or re-orientation; transparency and a more focused application of one’s own potential as well as personal strengths and weaknesses
- Handling of conflicts
- Work-life balance
- Search for a critical and inspiring source of feedback and sparring to reflect current topics and minimise pressure
Cancellation policy for individual coaching:
If the client cancels a personal coaching session three workdays or less prior to the scheduled appointment, the cancelled service will nonetheless be charged to the client’s account.
