When fusions/M&As, cultural shifts, digital transformation or altered market conditions force a change in your business a coach can support and guide the entire management team as well as key personnel to ensure a successful transformation.

When facing transformation, the objectives are always reflection and optimisation:

  • the collaboration and communication of management as a high-performing team, leading by example
  • a co-orientation towards business targets and clients, the vision and the strategy, as well as an applied value system

(Generally, 1 to 2 days every 3 to 6 months for 1 to 2 years supplemented by individual coaching and – if necessary – a cultural analysis).
