TRANSFORMATION PROCESS COACHING
When fusions/M&A, cultural shifts, digital transformation or altered market conditions force a change in your business the coach will support and guide the entire management team as well as key personnel to ensure a successful transformation.
In the context of transformation, the objectives are reflection and optimization:
- the collaboration and communication of management as a high-performing team and thus example,
- a co-orientation towards business targets and clients, the vision and the strategy as well as an applied value system
(Generally, 1-2 days every 3-6 months for 1-2 years supplemented by individual coaching and – if necessary – a cultural analysis).
