COACHING FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL PROCESSES

When companies undergo major changes due to mergers/M&A, cultural changes, digital transformations or react to changing market conditions, my coaching supports the entire management team and individual key players to successfully master those transformations.

The goal is reflection and optimization in the context of the transformation in question:

  • guiding the cooperation and communication of the management team toward becoming a high-performing team that serves as a strong role model.
  • aligning the team to achieve a common direction in terms of business goals and customers, vision and strategy, and a culture of values that is shared and lived by all players.

(Usually, 1-2 days every 3-6 months for 1-2 years and supplemented by individual coaching sessions and, if required, a cultural analysis).
