TEAM COACHING

In team coaching, the coach acts as the companion and developer of the entire management team.

The goal is, e.g., the optimization of leadership about

strategic questions, improvement of cooperation or optimization of

change processes, e.g., after a restructuring or merger. The focus is on the ability to manage yourself.

(Usually, 1-2 days every 3-6 months for 1-2 years and supplemented by individual coaching).

  • Improving cooperation to achieve goals more efficiently.
  • Reducing areas of tension, power struggles or divergences of goals or interests
  • Reducing resistance to organizational change, mergers or restructuring
  • Supporting in developing and implementing structures, processes, and workflow organizations
